Susan's songs

For myriads of lifetimes song has been a most effective way to communicate within and across cultures. As people in yesteryears looked for a balm in their troubled times, they turned to song. So it is today.

Songs evoke memories of things lost, forgotten, and cast aside as useless. They also restore hope, connections, and elicit ecstasy.

Seldom in history have the message and the messenger of song welded together to harmonize humanity, much like the yellow bell in ancient China. When this rare event occurs, barriers are broken; new frontiers open up; and humanity relearns what it means to be a human being, loving, kind hearted, giving, generous, peaceful, and tolerant.
